- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Skilled at navigating challenging conversations externally and internally.
- Advocate for autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving teams.
- Experience working with remote / 3rd party team members in an Agile environment.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development or quality assurance.
- Experience in managing both legacy project initiatives and startups development from
- Acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter.
- Knowledge of version and change control best practices.
Here is a taste of what youll be doing:
Your primary tasks will be to:
- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents while providing timely feedback.
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers) to identify system requirements.
- Contribute to architectural decisions from a testability perspective.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Helping drive quality from conception to finished product.
