1. Project management across all BMG (business unit name) to reach individual project targets (Quality/Cost/Delivery targets)

2. Able to lead team to accomplish delivery base on contract, able to estimation cost for additional request, and get related approval from stakeholders.

3. Lead engineers to complete technical & non-technical communication independently, solve various problems raised by customers, and explore potential requirements of customers

4. Together with team to work out detailed project plan, track the implementation of the project plan, grasp the budget and nodes of the project, avoid the risk of the project, and complete the project according to the quality and quantity.

5. Able to guide engineers to complete automation work, including design adjustment, risk control, and define related countermeasures.

6. Able to lead team to get final acceptance from customer, define project closer procedures.

7. Able to manager all the key documentations through all project life cycle.

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. More than 5 years project management experience, familiar with test equipment and automotive products performance

3. Experience of on-standard automation experience, technical background is preferred

4. Language ability: proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with strong expression ability and communication skills

5. Computer skills: proficient in MS office software

6. Good ability of plan execution, coordination and interpersonal communication.

7. Team building ability, high sense of responsibility and pressure resistance.
