Job Summary

We are seeking students currently studying for a Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources to join our Virtual Internship Program in 2024. The program will take place over 3 months during the summer June through August. Our Internships provide an opportunity for motivated individuals to work on projects in one of our many functions in a professional, global environment. Interns will also participate in a company-wide intern program that promotes professional development, networking, cross-functional collaboration and community involvement. The work will be undertaken 100% remotely and live training will be provided virtually. **

Essential Functions**

Acts as a contributing member of the team.
Contributes in various projects and initiatives.
Presents key learning and results to the leadership team at the conclusion of internship.
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology (affiliated with University in Germany, France, UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, or Poland)
Prior internship experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with individuals across the organization.
Ability to work as part of a team with excellent collaboration skills across other functions and with business partners.
Ability and discipline to work remotely, independently and with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills, organizational skills, and taking accountability for tasks and issues.
Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
Quick thinking, initiative taking, thirst for learning and unafraid to be out of comfort zone. Willingness to take responsibility.
The ability to work in diverse and a fast-moving environment.
The personal drive and enthusiasm that makes you stand out from the crowd!
