We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Portfolio Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This is a virtual position. A virtual position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. As a virtual employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client working, team meetings or training. **

YOUR ROLE.

Reporting to the Portfolio Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist executes marketing activities and helps oversee marketing programs in support of industry marketing plans. The successful Marketing Specialist will be well versed in project management, have experience contributing to marketing campaigns using owned, earned, and paid marketing channels, and can build strong working relationships with practice professionals, business development, and marketing teams to maximize visibility, engagement and lead generation from existing clients and targeted accounts. **

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To**

  • Work with the portfolio marketing manager to execute marketing programs including market research, digital marketing, sponsorship and event marketing, content marketing and referral marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the Portfolio Marketing Manager in campaign/activity planning; help maintain project plans and calendars.
  • Collaborate with project management to coordinate the external and internal resources needed to execute marketing programs including list management, content projects, sponsorship and association coordination, advertising and public relations, and digital marketing delivery.
  • Collaborate with CohnReznick’s events team to ensure seamless webinar and event coordination and logistics support; help track follow-up activities and update prospect, COI, and client lists in CRM.
  • Monitor progress of marketing initiatives and keep stakeholders informed and on deadline.
  • Support internal marketing efforts by engaging industry teams to support campaign activities, including driving engagement on social media.
  • Assist in writing, preparing, editing, and delivering marketing and sales collateral; utilize our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to maintain collateral including sell sheets, sales tools, datasheets, client references, web pages and case studies.
  • Assist the Portfolio Marketing Manager in contract management and invoicing as well as reporting on marketing results and maintaining performance to budget.

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of professional services work experience; accounting or consulting firm experience a plus.
  • Undergraduate degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing required, experience with professional services marketing preferred.
  • Strong project coordination, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with an inquisitive mindset and the demonstrated ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the proven ability to juggle multiple tasks with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player who can collaborates effectively with marketing and client service professionals at all levels of the organization.
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with CRM, Microsoft Teams, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Project Management (e.g., Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Workfront) a plus.
