Job description

Deltek is seeking a talented, experienced Manager, Sales Enablement to join our growing team. If you are passionate about driving sales effectiveness, possess excellent people management skills, and have a proven track record in sales enablement, we want to hear from you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - With the collaboration with the Sales Enablement Director, develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with organizational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand sales needs and challenges. - Manage a team of Sales Enablement Program Managers to design, deliver, and oversee training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously optimize programs. - Work closely with marketing and product teams to create and update sales collateral, presentations, and other relevant materials. - Identify, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Provide ongoing support and training on the use of sales enablement platforms. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales enablement programs. - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Lead and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance and support. - Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture. - Build strong relationships with sales leadership, marketing, product, and other key stakeholders. - Communicate regularly with sales teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, with a focus on B2B sales - Proven success working in a matrix environment - Proven track record of successful sales enablement program implementation - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies including Kirkpatrick methodology - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making - Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
