  • Serves as a trusted adviser and business partner to sales leaders.
  • Designs prescriptive programs and strategies and builds execution plans to operationalize them.
  • Designs and implements adoption plan for Command of the Message and other sales processes as adopted.
  • Build size and prioritize comprehensive sales play backlog.
  • Operating Model: Manage daily cadence and drive decision making / roadblock at speed. Analytics Backbone: Enable fact-based decision making and transparency.
  • Execution Engine: Pilot, scale, audit, and adjust each play.
  • Develops executive level presentations.
  • Prescribes and prioritizes solutions to meet business problems.
  • Build, maintain, updates, and optimizes critical dashboards in Salesforce.com for key business stakeholders.
  • Manages the performance of direct or indirect reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

Qualifications

  • Highly skilled in Salesforce reporting and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Command of the Message required.
  • Experience in designing sales programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Bachelors' degree in Business, Decision Science or related field or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales strategy, sales programs, or sales operations.
  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
  • Experience in designing (or influencing the design) of revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs.
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from data sets (Excel, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, etc.).
  • Operational rigor and track record of cross stakeholder program management and execution.
  • Overachievement in a quota carrying sales role preferred.

  • Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 of the salary range and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.

All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 10% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.

We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
