Description

The Resource Management Associate supports the tactical functions associated with project setup, project resourcing, collection and maintenance of both resource and project data used to support resource management. This individual works with project leads, Professional Services leaders and appropriate business development staff to execute resource management processes. **

We’re excited to hire a new Resource Management Associate who can:**

  • Complete project setup and initial project resourcing
  • Facilitate the fulfillment of resource requests, working with key stakeholders and other team members to ensure the right staff assignments are made in the right timeframes
  • Flag resource allocation conflicts to applicable manager
  • Review resource schedules to develop plans to aid in staff forecasting
  • Provide recommendation for modifications to internal processes as needed for project control, conflicts and allocations
  • Assist with day-to-day maintenance of project management software including templates and data

There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:

  • Must have strong experience and can adopt various productivity, project and collaboration tools, e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint
  • Experience working cross functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions
  • Understanding of local government entities, organization and practices preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional working setting preferred
