Sales Manager

Our client is a dynamic owner/operator organization dedicated to acquiring and nurturing industrial businesses with a commitment to perpetual ownership. Their distinctive approach involves collaborating closely with business owners to seamlessly transfer their legacies to a new permanent home—our client. They prioritize on-site operations alongside existing employees, eliminating lengthy transition periods, location changes, downsizing, and integration into larger entities. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Leadership:

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
3. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.

Sales Operations:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales and other departments.
3. Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Client Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
2. Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely solutions.

Strategic Planning:

1. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to align with overall company goals.
2. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

Benefits

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1200 - $1500
