Responsibilities
  • Spearhead sales efforts through strategic cold and warm calling, targeting potential clients across multiple industries from dental to aerospace
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients through regular, value-added communication and exceptional service
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
  • Leverage cutting-edge CRM software to meticulously track client interactions and optimize sales performance
  • Work in close collaboration with the lead generation team, following up on qualified leads with precision and persistence
  • Play a key role in expanding the client base in new sectors, with a particular focus on penetrating the aerospace market
  • Provide valuable feedback on market trends and client needs, contributing to product strategy and company direction

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in technical or industrial products
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment, managing time and priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated understanding of or keen interest in learning about dental, aerospace, and related industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
