Job Description:

We are looking for a results-oriented and client-focused Commercial to manage and strengthen our customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and sales skills combined with knowledge or curiosity on statistical modelling. This role involves working closely with both technical and non-technical team members to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
  • Understand client business issues and challenges, provide solution-expert support, and help customers make informed purchase decisions
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions
  • Act as a solution expert to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of projects
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, track client satisfaction, and propose improvements to the management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a sales field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in a client-facing technical or commercial role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG
  • Knowledge of media landscape and strategies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively, while maintaining a client-centric approach
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales management software
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required
