Thirdera is looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant with ServiceNow to join our team!

You can be home-based anywhere in India.

Your Mission

Lead our ServiceNow implementation and integration development efforts with ServiceNow by reimagining the customer experience, improve service operations and engage customers with digital workflows. Solve customer problems by bringing front, middle, and back offices together with any ServiceNow module you are skilled in leading.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a confident, humble, and curious ServiceNow leaders and developers that are experienced in implementing ServiceNow solutions. You can enable anyone in our client environment to implement, extend or build custom business applications. You are happy to integrate ServiceNow and third-party applications.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments / implementations, and / or integrations
  • Experienced in building ServiceNow modules for customers
  • ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) - required
  • ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – any and all modules - required
  • ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer is desired
  • Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
  • Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired
  • Experienced with any or all of these skills desired: JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, Node.js
  • Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven team player
  • ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred
