In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with diverse teams including sales, product management, and our executive leadership, contributing to our commitment to innovation and excellence while driving revenue growth through our cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical and domain authority, offering insights and support to our sales teams.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to uncover client challenges and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Address technical inquiries related to product features from customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with product management to relay customer feedback for enhancements that deliver greater value.
• Engage in collaborative learning to share best practices with fellow Solution Consultants, enhancing team productivity.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, perform competitive analyses, and emphasize our market strengths.
• Assist in marketing initiatives, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 7 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in cloud software solutions, along with a familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong collaborative abilities to forge effective partnerships across product management, marketing, and professional services.
• Excellent skills in territory management, including pipeline development in conjunction with sales counterparts.
