Having around 25-30 people, remote-first from the beginning, we prioritise people, mental health and work-life balance. Our expertise came from having built and launched a number of products, including our very own Blockchain studio. We’ve also worked with dozens of innovative start-ups across Europe and the US.

Main responsibilities:

The Project Delivery Manager at Whitesmith will be accountable for full project cycle, focusing on combining different aspects of projects and helping define the who, when and what. We need an experienced and open-minded person who will help us increase our project delivery capacity and take on even more interesting and challenging work.

• Help define and then keep the project within timelines, budgets, making sure it’s up to our delivery standards

• Plan, forecast, estimate and deal with uncertainty in the project

• Be the point of contact between the client, the project team and other parties within the company

• Take care of project-related communication with the client, maintaining good relations

• Continuously review the project scope and roadmap according to priorities

• Define, document and coordinate all aspects of the project, including success metrics

• Understand and lead a range of Agile tools and ceremonies, take care of sprint planning, resource allocation

• Provide easy-to-follow reporting of deliverables, budget, risks, issues and successes

• Create the right environment for the team, helping them to work in a collaborative and efficient way, mainatining a healthy balance

• Communicate effectively across organisational or technical boundaries, understanding the context and being able to explain it

• Help improve our project management process towards delivering better value

Our requirements:

• Relevant experience in project delivery management and contact with clients, as well as other roles in IT project teams

• Experience working in an international and remote environment

• Excellent level of spoken and written English

• Very good communication and cooperation skills, within the team and with the client

• Knowledge of the entire software product development cycle

• Strong practical understanding of different aspects like project management, product management etc., with an ability to connect the dots across functions

• Knowledge of methodologies and tools useful for successful project delivery

• Location within GMT -4 to GMT+4 time zones to ensure overlap with the rest of our team
