Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead enterprise relationships at the intersection of AI, content strategy, and business impact. You’ll be the strategic partner guiding clients through implementation, adoption, and long-term value realization of our AI content solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts consultant, operator, and strategist—ready to scale engagement, refine execution, and champion measurable results.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with growth marketing and content leads to align AI-driven programs with business goals

  • Project Leadership: Own timelines and proactively remove blockers to ensure seamless deployment and on-time delivery

  • Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with technical teams to tailor scalable, high-impact AI workflows

  • Performance Management: Monitor metrics like organic traffic, CTR, and revenue influence; adjust strategy to optimize outcomes

  • Client Enablement: Train teams to use AI tools efficiently and independently, minimizing friction

  • Solution Delivery: Streamline implementation cycles for faster time-to-value

  • Knowledge Building: Develop playbooks and frameworks based on successful customer rollouts

  • Voice of the Customer: Share feedback with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and enhancements

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting roles

  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise clients in a multi-stakeholder environment

  • Proven success driving adoption of SaaS or AI-powered platforms

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Data-driven mindset; SQL or Python exposure is a plus

  • Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced settings
