About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, diligent, and fast-executing Marketing Assistant to support our growth marketing and lead generation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of key tasks in growth marketing that drive lead acquisition and sales. This is a full-time remote position that requires commitment of 8 hours per day and the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsbilities
Pull, segment, and categorize lead lists from databases to power outbound campaigns.
Manage marketing suppliers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Organize and maintain market, customer, and analytics data for easy access and campaign optimization.
Launch new property deals across platforms.
Ensure the proper functioning of our marketplace, identifying and coordinating to solve issues quickly.
Curate, label, and organize product pictures and relevant listing data.
Create marketing assets using tools like Canva and others, as needed.
Assist with campaign performance analysis and optimization.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, online business, or a related field.
General knowledge of CRMs such as Zoho and HubSpot.
Basic understanding of growth marketing and lead generation principles.
Analytical skills with some experience in using data analysis tools.
Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
Organized, structured work routine suitable for a fully remote role.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English (Advanced level required).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related discipline.
Bonus: Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).
Bonus: Experience designing marketing visuals and assets.
