  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing support, social media execution, and administrative roles. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). 
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress website management and content updates. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Core responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage social media marketing activities as per the pre-defined strategy.
  • Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). 
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and escalate issues as needed. Update website content, including blog posts, product pages, and other relevant sections.
  • Ensure website maintenance, including plugin updates and basic troubleshooting. 
  • Assist in the creation and formatting of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, reports, etc.). 
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including database updates and content scheduling.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners as required. 
  • Maintain and organize digital marketing assets, documents, and reports. 
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing invoices. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations based on marketing and operational data.
