We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Leader to join our team. This is a remote position, ideally based on the East Coast, with the ability to travel up to 75%. This role is responsible for identifying target markets, developing territory and account plans, penetrating new business opportunities, and positioning Creation as the premier value-added solution provider. The ideal candidate will manage strategic customer relationships, lead quoting activities, and support global customer launches while maintaining a high standard of customer value and service.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 USD annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits. Please note that this salary range is not guaranteed, and the final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and shift. Additionally, the benefits and programs available may differ depending on the hire date, schedule type, and hours worked.
