The Senior Technology Solutions Professional ensures seamless production operations by maintaining systems, resolving issues, and proposing solutions that best support the product and market support teams in a dynamic environment. This role will partner with both internal and external teams. Work is performed without direction & exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. This role will be part of the new Product Support Team for Clinical Medicaid Operations.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Clinical Operations/Application Management and/or Production Support
Experience with SharePoint & Requirements Management Software (Jira Align / Azure DevOps)
Experience in building and implementing new processes from ground up
Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams
Role will work on EST time zone
Preferred Qualifications
Medicaid experience
Proficient knowledge on release management operations and able to provide solutions where multiple development cycles are impacted
Comprehensive knowledge of working in PowerBI or similar reporting software
Experience in working with outside software vendors (particularly problem/incident resolution)
Additional Information
On an as-needed basis, the role may also require the following responsibilities:
Monitoring all interfaces (Batch and API) between our Clinical Application and external systems
Provides analysis, awareness, and collaboration on solutions where appropriate.
Providing emergency support
Assisting with system upgrades or integrations
