Our Corporate Valuations Advisory (CVA) team within Deals helps clients understand and model the value of businesses and the implications of restructuring and investment choices on value. We deliver transaction and compliance-based valuations of businesses, shares and financial instruments, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results.  

 

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our Melbourne or Sydney teams, to take our team to the next level, as we assist our clients to make better based business decisions and provide commercial insights within our vast community of solvers. 

 

Use the know-how you've gained in transaction and compliance-based corporate valuations to grow our CVA expertise. With new problems to solve, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to create change. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team leadership abilities will get a workout. As a leader in CVA, you’ll make a real impact in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled. 

 

As an expert in corporate valuations, you’ll be part of a team solving, managing and delivering valuation on client engagements across a wide range of industries. You’ll also use your CA/CPA, Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance or similar qualifications to provide: 

  • transaction and compliance-based valuations of businesses, shares and financial instruments 

  • independent Expert Reports (or Fairness Opinions) for shareholders regarding the terms of proposed transactions 

  • financial reporting and tax related valuations including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting for Infrastructure and PE funds, impairment testing and employee and executive share options 

  • general corporate finance and M&A advice including cost of capital analysis, capital management and deal value analysis 

  • portfolio business reviews to identify improved business performance and investment analysis to better inform key investment choices 

  • coaching to develop a team of talented juniors to ensure the highest level of service delivery
