Lead the strategic development and proactive consulting for Paid Social clients in the beauty sector.

Develop and implement complex Paid Social strategies and campaigns.

Wir brechen seit 2015 das Influencer- und Social Media Marketing auf, wie kaum eine andere Agentur. Dabei etablieren wir uns gerade als eine der größten Social Powerhouses im DACH Raum. Wir sind mittlerweile über 210 Social 1st Mitarbeiter:innen, haben 2 Inhouse Studios, eine eigene Produktionsfirma, eine eigene Social Technologie und eigene Mediakanäle mit über 1 Mio. Follower:innen. Analyse von Markttrends und kontinuierliche Anpassungen von Strategien zur Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
Fortlaufende Analyse von Performance Daten und Erstellung von Reportings sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und proaktive Umsetzung innerhalb des Accounts
Operatives und strategisches Mentoring für deine Teammates
