Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, successful project delivery, and long-term client satisfaction. You will manage daily interactions, coordinate internal teams, and oversee the performance of marketing campaigns and projects.​
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain detailed records of client communications and project updates.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts.

  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.

  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions.
