This is a remote position.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
Understand client goals, challenges, and strategic needs.
Respond to client queries promptly and effectively.
Maintain detailed records of client communications and project updates.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets for campaigns.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Identify growth opportunities within accounts.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions.
3–5 years of experience in an Account Management role within a marketing or creative agency.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
High attention to detail and proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems.
Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and project success.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and performance reporting
