Job Description:

This is a remote opportunity, open to anyone in the US.

As part of the Media team, the Sr Manager will help provide oversight and expertise across 'offsite' channel media practice areas (Social, Search, Programmatic). As a core leader on this retail media account, you will ensure there is sound and scalable process to support media strategy and execution to deliver accurate and successful delivery across media campaigns.

You will have team members reporting to you, with an ability to support prioritization, and solutioning to achieve client goals and manage expectations and needs of several parts of the team. You will have a strategic, analytical, collaborative mindset with the ability to manage omnichannel initiatives to steward campaigns toward successful outcomes.

The Sr Manager ensures campaigns are completed to achieve reasonable campaign goals, and that the team is constantly developing advanced strategies to provide scaled solutions – through reduced human requirements, greater automation, and collaboration with other parts of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of campaigns across several categories and supporting media planning strategies while leading platform strategies within offsite channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, DV360)
  • Manage team members, with ability to train, coach and refine processes to achieve success for retail media campaigns
  • Collaboration with media teams and supporting agencies, analytics, sales and operations teams to ensure timely, effective solutions for supporting audience-led media business
  • Be a media expert within the retail media organization – with a focus on upleveling self and team to continue driving toward media excellence.

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in audience-led media activation & execution
  • Experience planning and executing in offsite channels – either at media agency or publisher
  • Experience with audience-led media strategy solutions
  • Prior responsibility for managing teams in a cross-functional environment, ideally within a retail media organization
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • Certifications and working knowledge of digital media platforms (Social, Search, Programmatic) strongly invited

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 -$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
