Position Overview:

Broad technical view of all infrastructure, network, telco and servers.
Plan projects.
Seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects and manage the delivery of IT solutions for insurance projects.
The ideal consultant will have a strong background in program management, infrastructure, and IT project delivery with at least 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex IT programs with a focus on infrastructure.
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring successful delivery of the project on time, within scope, and within budget.
Establish project objectives, milestones, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and project sponsors, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing them to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party service providers.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver projects successfully.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in program management.
Experience managing large-scale projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Advanced proficiency with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in the insurance industry.
PMP or other Project Management Certifications.
