Requirements
Theoretical overall knowledge of classical (RUP, PMBok) and agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP) methodologies, practical experience in few of them. Focus on agile approaches
Experience in managing collocated and distributed teams of small/mid-size (3-15 people)
Experience in small/med/bigger projects (200/1000/3000+ hrs), high success rate / CPI
Experience with Atlassian tools — Jira, Confluence, JSM, plugins
Good experience in using spreadsheets for data analysis: calculating averages, means, products; basic trend analysis; conditional data manipulation
Solid tech background — developer/architect experience is a plus: OOP principles, SOLID, Patterns/antipatterns, Databases, Server administration, TCP/IP stack, Modern technologies stack
Basic selling skills, experience of product representation in the US / successful up-sale to the US clients is a plus
Good understanding of the Outsource business model and its difference with a product or in-house models
