A bit about the role…
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive, Commercial to join our growing UK-based Sales Team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our EMEA sales strategy and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. Your success in this role will directly impact our growth and market presence. WHO YOU ARE:
You have 5+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience selling into the Small & Medium Business (SMB) space, ideally within Security, Video Surveillance, or VSaaS.
You have experience selling into EMEA markets, particularly the UK and Northern Europe, and are open to occasional travel within the region.
You have a proven track record of prospecting, solution selling, and closing full-cycle SaaS deals in a direct sales capacity.
You’re skilled at managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-site deals.
You are confident presenting to executives, technical stakeholders, and business owners with the ability to influence and educate at all levels.
You are highly self-motivated, autonomous, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
You effortlessly build trust and rapport with peers and customers, using emotional intelligence to understand people’s needs and decision drivers.
You have a strong command of consultative selling, are comfortable running discovery sessions, giving tailored demos, and negotiating effectively.
You are coachable, receptive to feedback, and always looking for ways to improve and grow.
You are detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage pipeline accuracy, forecast revenue, and follow structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in Salesforce and tools like Sales Navigator, Gong, and HubSpot.
You have experience working with or alongside channel partners/integrators (a plus).
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be eligible to work in the UK;
Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Define target accounts for the territory and execute comprehensive account plans.
Proactively identify and develop relationships with champions, decision-makers, and key influencers within your target accounts.
Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, demo, pilot, negotiation, and closing.
Deliver maximum revenue potential by accurately forecasting and managing your pipeline and deal progression.
Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to align on customer needs and showcase product capabilities.
Understand and clearly articulate Solink’s value proposition to both business and technical audiences.
Travel occasionally for client meetings and events in the UK and Northern Europe.
