While we started as a growth marketing agency, we have evolved into a specialized HubSpot CRM consulting firm that delivers RevOps strategy, complex implementations, and system integrations that drive measurable results. Our work includes CRM architecture, automation, data strategy, and team enablement, all tailored for industrial clients with complex needs. We are growing quickly and looking for a strategic, people-first Account Executive to lead our sales process from first touch to close. What You’ll Do
As a Sales Account Executive at Evenbound, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a steady flow of opportunities with a high level of service, engaging with prospective clients, and guiding them through a consultative sales process. You’ll work closely with marketing, account strategists, and leadership to craft solutions that align with client goals and drive long-term success.
You will report directly to the VP of Operations and will be measured on closed-won revenue, pipeline health, and sales velocity. This is a high-impact role that will directly contribute to the growth and evolution of our agency.

While we have an office in downtown Grand Haven that we love, our team is distributed and works remotely (you are welcome to visit the office anytime). Regular team meet-ups. Since the Evenbound team is primarily remote, we work hard to schedule team meet-up opportunities when we can.
