Job description

Position: Sales Trainer and Quality Assurance

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Training Specialist to
join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Training Specialist, you will be responsible for
developing and implementing effective sales training programs and initiatives for our real
estate sales agents. Your primary objective will be to enhance the sales skills, knowledge,
and performance of our sales team, ultimately driving increased revenue and client
satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs: Design and implement
training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our real estate sales agents. This
includes creating training materials, presentations, and interactive exercises that cover
various aspects of the sales process, such as prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and
closing deals.
2. Conduct training sessions: Lead engaging and interactive training sessions for new and
existing sales agents. Deliver training both in-person and through virtual platforms, ensuring
the material is effectively communicated and understood by participants.
3. Evaluate training needs: Assess the skill gaps and training requirements of our sales team
through individual and group assessments. Identify areas for improvement and develop
targeted training plans to address specific needs.
4. Provide ongoing coaching and support: Offer continuous guidance and coaching to sales
agents to reinforce their learning and development. Provide constructive feedback on their
performance, sales techniques, and client interactions to help them achieve their sales
targets.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques,
and best practices in real estate sales. Incorporate industry knowledge and market insights
into the training programs to ensure sales agents are equipped with relevant and current
information.
6. Monitor and measure training effectiveness: Track and evaluate the impact of training
initiatives on sales performance. Collect feedback from sales agents and assess their
progress to measure the effectiveness of the training programs. Make necessary
adjustments and improvements based on evaluation results.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with sales managers, team leaders, and other key
stakeholders to align training programs with business goals and objectives. Collaborate with
them to identify specific training needs and develop strategies to enhance sales
performance across the organization.
8. Market research: Due diligence, good understanding of Real Estate Market B2B and B2C,
training programs, for multiple products with the firm.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a sales trainer or training specialist, preferably in the real estate
industry
• In-depth knowledge of real estate sales techniques, processes, and best practices
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire sales agents
• Proficiency in using training software and virtual training platforms
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness
• Flexibility to travel as needed for in-person training sessions
