Solid experience as an Agile Business Analyst within a business working on digital and/or web product development
Demonstrable experience performing at a high level in an agile development team
Understands the process for developing an initial set of Stories (Epics) from a Business Case or in a workshop
Experience facilitating Project Initiation / Inception workshops, demonstrating a good understanding of the required level of depth and the importance of breadth
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in a number of agile methodologies and the role of the Business Analysis in each methodology (e.g. Scrum, Scrum/XP, FDD, BDD, Scrumban, Kanban)
Strong stakeholder identification and management skills
Extensive experience in developing quality user stories or other types of agile requirements, and managing them on a Kanban wall or similar
Extensive experience with development of acceptance criteria (ideally in BDD format)
Experience facilitating key agile ceremonies (sprint demo/showcase, sprint retrospective, sprint/iteration planning, backlog grooming);
Experience developing and maintaining Definition of Done
Experience coaching others in the adoption of agile business analysis techniques
Can competently perform data or domain modelling at the solution level
Experience managing traceability between agile artefacts on a large project
Experience in helping companies to implement best practices, principles and approaches
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
Ability to articulate and gain engagement for ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
