Role and Responsibilities

The Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding the requirements of NEB (New Energy Business) and mapping the talent to the requirements
  • Understanding compensation trends, working models, and various types of employment patterns to implement
  • Collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for sourcing talent for current and future needs of the organization
  • Developing networking with various industry forums in India and globally to attract professionals
  • Metricizing cost and time taken to fill in positions into NEB, continuously improving them
  • Working actively with all internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • B.Tech with MBA preferred
  • Preferred age: 30-35 years
Required Skills
  • Should have handled specialist role in talent acquisition, with large organizations
  • The candidate has a working knowledge of different models of employment both within India and globally
  • Working experience with EV is preferred. If not, experience with any automotive/automobile is okay
Soft Skills
  • Resourceful in scouting for new sources and contacts
  • Strong networking skills
  • Multitasking capability
  • Excellent management and problem-solving skills
