Job Description:
Cocoma Digital Private Limited is seeking an Data and Social Media Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. As an Assistant Account Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing social media data, developing social media strategies, and providing insights to clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, experience in data analysis, and excellent communication skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze social media data to develop insights and recommendations for clients
  2. Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals
  3. Monitor and report on social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates
  4. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create social media content that resonates with the target audience
  5. Provide guidance and support to clients on social media best practices and emerging trends
  6. Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  7. Attend client meetings and presentations as needed
 
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 2+ years of experience in social media management or data analysis
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  4. Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite Insights
  5. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  7. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus
