Job Description
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.

  • Support the planning and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user expectations.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and assist in solution design when needed.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data queries to support decision-making.

  • Contribute to quality assurance by creating and executing test cases, validating solutions against requirements.

  • Provide user support during rollout and post-implementation phases, including training and documentation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor plus 4 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis.
  • Experience in communicating efficiently and clearly
  • Work experience with information systems consulting and studies.
  • Experience working with SQL databases is a strong advantage
  • Industry experience in healthcare or health insurance is a strong advantage
  • Effectively deliver high level presentations
  • Working in an international/multicultural environment
  • Practical handling of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Business process modelling
  • Experience in business model analysis, process analysis, and business process modeling to assess and optimize workflows.
  • Good command of English equal to B2/C1 according to CERF.
