HALO is looking for an Inside Sales- Account Executive with 5+ years of proactive B2B sales experience to join an existing dynamic team. You will be tasked with learning and understanding our portfolio of projects, our capabilities and competitive advantages, generating meetings and penetrate new business with existing clients. You will also be responsible for customer acquisition which involves calling on existing accounts, client business referrals, or web leads. Last but not least, you must exhibit high levels of professionalism and establish excellent customer relationships, manage client projects and deliver creative promotional brand solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm calling and outbound calling to potential customers to generate new business opportunities. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and appropriate solutions. 
  • Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM system. 
  • Handle challenges or obstacles with clients and/or vendors 
  • Understand and utilize all internal support resources and processes to mitigate project risk and maximize profits
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development or inside sales roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
  • Promotional products industry experience required. 
  • Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic that supports working independently, under minimal supervision as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people.
  • Proactively seek out information, training and other resources needed to facilitate continual professional development necessary to be successful in this position.
  • The job may require travel from time-to-time, but not on a regular basis.

 

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
