Responsibilities:
  • Full subordination to the general counsel in all matters.

  • Interaction with various teams within the company on a wide range of legal and business issues, full legal support of the company.

  • Cooperating with BD team (and not only): from negotiations to deal closure, collaborating with the Business Development team throughout the entire process.

  • Public Speaking: representing the company at public events and acting as a speaker on relevant topics.

  • Evaluation of Marketing Materials: reviewing and assessing marketing materials for compliance and alignment with legal standards.

  • Monitoring Legislation and Case Law: keeping track of changes in legislation and legal practices, ensuring the company's operations remain compliant.

  • GR functions

You have:
  • USA located

  • Legal degree from ABA-approved school (or equal)

  • Active license in U.S state

  • 7+ years of PQE in informational technologies, digital/cryptocurrencies, blockchain, securities laws and regulations, and related matters

  • Tech and finance deep legal experience

  • Proven experience with cryptocurrency\web3 industry

  • Hands-on experience with decentralized projects\defi, DAOs, governance-related matters

  • Deep understanding of industry practices

  • Proven GR experience (within the US, with institutional clients\exchanges)

  • Active social media life, participation in conferences
