About the Role

Vidyard is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll play a key role in scaling organic user acquisition and driving website conversion through experimentation, personalization, and collaboration.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and development teams to execute strategic growth initiatives. You’ll own SEO performance, lead CRO testing, and use AI to personalize experiences and accelerate user acquisition through our product-led growth funnel.

This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact across acquisition, engagement, and retention, while bringing creativity, experimentation, and insight to Vidyard’s growth engine.

We believe this role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, UX, and innovation, particularly in applying AI to solve complex marketing challenges at scale.

This is a remote role open to candidates located in Canada.

About the Team

Our Marketing team is a collaborative group of demand generation experts, product marketers, content strategists, and growth specialists focused on attracting, converting, and engaging Vidyard’s users.

We’re responsible for driving high-quality sign-ups, building demand across key personas, and enabling revenue growth through integrated programs and high-velocity experimentation.

We’re passionate about customer insights, agile testing, and cross-functional collaboration – and we thrive on solving meaningful problems through data and creativity. Led by the Director of Demand Generation, the team is currently focused on scaling product-led acquisition, deepening website personalization, and evolving lifecycle programs for greater retention and upsell.

What You’ll Work On
  • Lead Vidyard’s SEO strategy to grow qualified traffic and drive sign-ups from high-intent keywords and video-centric use cases.
  • Own and evolve the Vidyard keyword universe with a focus on buyer intent, leveraging data on traffic, conversions, and search behavior.
  • Partner with product marketing and SEO agencies to inform editorial calendars and link-building strategies, ensuring best-in-class SEO hygiene and optimization.
  • Ensure Vidyard is actively growing its search presence within the generative AI space.
  • Drive AI-powered personalization and content generation efforts, including AI-generated variants for landing pages and dynamic CTAs.
  • Lead website and landing page optimization through A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates for sign-up, trial-to-paid, and demo flows.
  • Conduct robust funnel analysis using tools like Heap and Redshift to identify drop-off points and improvement opportunities.
  • Create and manage an experimentation roadmap to prioritize, test, and measure changes to the product-led funnel.
  • Build and optimize referral and affiliate programs to drive scalable acquisition through partner and user advocacy.
  • Support lifecycle campaign strategy by identifying product behaviors, user segments, and trigger points that can activate, re-engage, or upsell users.
  • Partner with Product to explore gamification strategies that enhance user engagement and retention throughout the customer journey.
  • Define and monitor growth KPIs including organic traffic, visitor-to-sign-up rate, trial-to-paid rate, and experimentation velocity.
  • Create weekly dashboards and performance recaps to track acquisition results and CRO test outcomes, sharing insights across teams.
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align growth efforts with customer needs and revenue goals.
What You’ll Bring to this Role
  • 5+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing within a PLG SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end growth initiatives that resulted in double-digit increases in organic traffic and conversion rates.
  • Experience developing SEO strategies that ranked key pages on page one of Google and materially increased sign-ups or leads.
  • Deep hands-on experience designing and executing statistically significant A/B or multivariate tests using VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
  • Ownership of a site redesign or optimization project using Webflow or another modern CMS with demonstrable performance gains.
  • Advanced use of Heap, Redshift, or Google Analytics to uncover user behavior patterns and inform test design or segmentation.
  • Experience implementing at least one AI-based tactic (e.g., content generation, personalization engines, predictive tools) that improved growth outcomes or reduced manual effort.
  • Strong collaborator with a track record of working across product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver initiatives that align with company goals.
