As we continue to grow rapidly, we're looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager to help deliver our vision, stay aligned, and scale operations effectively. You’ll work directly under our CEO and will play a central role in keeping our high-growth environment structured and productive—collaborating across engineering, product, marketing, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Own project planning and execution for strategic initiatives across the business
Own data across the organization, identify areas of opportunity and improvement with our customers and internally
Build business cases and budgets for new development across our aggressive roadmap
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and support teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and adjust plans proactively to maintain momentum
Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder check-ins
Manage task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana, etc.) to maintain transparency and accountability
Communicate updates clearly to leadership, team members, and stakeholders
Align internal resources during product development, feature launches, and company-wide projects

Experience and Education

10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in SaaS or FinTech
Proven track record of delivering complex tech solutions on time and to budget
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project tracking tools
Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and execution
Comfort working in remote-first environments across global time zones
Bonus: familiarity the creator economy and FinTech sectors
