JOB TITLE: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Lead Generation via LinkedIn)

RATE: PHP 218.75 per hour

Work Type: Remote|Fulltime

Working Hours : 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday)

Start Date: June 1

Reporting to: Mark Anderson


JOB OVERVIEW:


We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support Mark Anderson, a Referral Partner with extensive connections in the MSP and cybersecurity space. The VA will work part-time, managing Mark’s LinkedIn account and handling outreach efforts to his network to generate qualified discovery calls with Gabtech Global. This is a performance-based support role, designed to help validate our outreach strategy through Mark’s network before any full-time commitments are made.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage Mark’s LinkedIn account daily during work hours

  • Identify and reach out to relevant connections (MSPs and cybersecurity companies) using a structured messaging sequence

  • Initiate and track connection requests, follow-ups, and responses

  • Schedule discovery calls with interested prospects and coordinate with Gabtech Global’s calendar

  • Maintain a log of outreach activity, response rates, and lead statuses

  • Send weekly updates and insights to Mark and Gabtech’s internal team

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to refine outreach messages based on performance

  • Maintain professionalism in all external communication representing Mark and Gabtech Global

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation

  • Familiarity with the MSP and cybersecurity industry is a strong advantage

  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

  • Able to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision

  • Experience with CRM or outreach tracking tools is a plus
