Responsibilities
Write engaging and optimized copy for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with each client’s brand voice.
Research and source relevant imagery to accompany content and ensure all visuals are optimized for each platform's specifications.
Manage content calendars for multiple client accounts, ensuring that all posts are scheduled and published on time.
Coordinate with design partners to produce high-quality creative assets, and review these assets to ensure they align with client goals and expectations.
Monitor the performance of content across platforms, using analytics to adjust strategies and improve engagement.
Create and maintain email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and outreach messages, ensuring proper segmentation and delivery.
Provide light web support by updating landing pages, blog posts, and other website content as needed.
Edit short-form video content for social media, including Instagram Reels and other platform-specific formats.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or similar roles.
Strong design portfolio showing social media graphics, web visuals, branding, and other marketing content.
Proficiency in Canva and experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a strong plus.
Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
Experience managing content calendars and creative workflows.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Experience with web content updates using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, light video editing, or UX/UI understanding.
