Job Details

The Growth Analytics Manager is an essential member of the Growth Operations & Enablement team. This individual contributor role supports the team’s focus on business intelligence/insights and internal reporting in support of the organization's growth objectives. They will be providing leadership with analytics and insights to proactively manage and optimize business strategy, processes, and performance. This individual will also be a Power BI and Salesforce subject matter expert for the Growth organization.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Build, maintain, and optimize performance reports that drive visibility into KPIs and revenue-driving activities.

    • Deliver regular and ad hoc analyses to support marketing, acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives.

    • Identify opportunities and implement automation to improve reporting efficiency.

    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics and track business outcomes.

  • Business Intelligence:

    • Own and evolve the self-serve BI layer (Power BI) to ensure data consistency and usability across teams.

    • Develop and implement KPI dashboards to improve visibility across the Growth leadership.

    • Define and model key business metrics in collaboration with Growth and Marketing teams.

    • Act as a bridge between data engineering and business teams, translating needs into scalable solutions.

  • Forecasting and Planning:

    • Support forecasting processes by utilizing advanced modeling techniques to uncover insights from sales data, customer behavior, and market trends.

    • Participate in the total patient planning process for the broader organization to help inform/measure against goals and objectives of the Growth team.

  • Data Governance:

    • Establish and enforce data governance standards within the Growth organization, ensuring consistency, quality, and reliability across Growth reporting and analytics.

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in business or analytical field, or significant experience to justify an exception.

    • Preferred: MBA, MPH, or MHA

Experience:

  • Required: 5-8 years of professional experience in sales operations, analytics or a related field, developing and building best in class processes and analytics.

    • Highly Preferred: Experience in a healthcare organization.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with emphasis on data-supported decision making

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com reporting tools, including custom reports and dashboards.

  • Experience with Power BI, including DAX.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent

  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive, self-starter and excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and can prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership and other Centers of Excellence directors/managers to define business strategies, analyze operational inefficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure outcomes/successes

Schedule

Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

  • This is a remote position, but applicants must live and work in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
     

Travel

Travel may be required for special department events, trade shows, or conferences.
