JOIN US as a Growth & Intelligence Manager, working remotely out of Minneapolis, MN (or surrounding areas) and we can offer you an opportunity to work in a high-tech, specialist company working with some of the best global names in aerospace, medical, semiconductor and clean energy.

We are seeking a strategic and driven Growth & Intelligence Manager to lead our efforts in understanding, shaping and expanding our presence in the medical device manufacturing sector. This role bridges deep industry insight with commercial strategy - identifying opportunities, supporting the sales teams and feeding critical market intelligence in to product development and innovation.

Role and responsibilities

Market intelligence & analysis

o Track global trends, technologies and regulatory shifts in the medical device industry.

o Analyze market data, customer feedback and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

o Develop clear, actionable insights that guide product development and go-to-market strategies.

Customer & industry engagement

o Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, KOLs and regulatory bodies.

o Gather customer input to identify unmet needs and future requirements.

o Represent the company at medical device conferences, trade shows and industry panels.

Growth strategy development

o Identify and evaluate growth opportunities within target segments such as minimally invasive surgery, diagnostics or implantables.

o Provide strategic support to business development and sales teams with messaging, positioning and opportunity mapping. o Define and refine go-to-market approaches for priority product lines or customer segments.

Cross-functional collaboration

o Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory and Marketing teams.

o Translate market and clinical insights in to product features, roadmap priorities and compliance considerations.

o Support development of differentiated value propositions based on clinical and economic drivers.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or related field (Master’s or MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years experience in the medical device industry with exposure to product development, marketing or strategic planning.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory environments (e.g, FDA, MDR), clinical workflows and market dynamics.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer-centric growth strategies.
  • Experience in market research, product management. strategic marketing, health economics or business development (please note this is not a sales role with sales commission but rather a broad commercial role requiring a medical device market guru).
  • Familiarity with global healthcare systems, reimbursement models and procurement trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with clinical stakeholders and translate clinical needs into business strategy.
