ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative at Plaud for Business, you'll be the critical link between our product-led acquisition funnel and our enterprise sales team. You'll identify high-potential opportunities from product usage data and inbound interest, engaging with prospects at the right moment to convert them into qualified sales meetings. Your role combines data analysis, strategic outreach, and consultative conversations to drive our enterprise pipeline growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify potential enterprise opportunities
Respond to inbound inquiries and demo requests with timely, personalized follow-up
Engage with users showing enterprise expansion potential through targeted outreach
Conduct qualification calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying processes
Schedule and prepare Account Executives for successful discovery meetings
Document all prospect interactions and insights in CRM
Collaborate with marketing on lead-nurturing strategies for prospects not yet ready to buy
Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion patterns to optimize qualification criteria
Stay current on product features, use cases, and competitive landscape
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
2+ years of SaaS sales development, inside sales, or customer success experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify patterns and opportunities
Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in business terms
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
