Job Summary

The Podcast Manager will oversee the development, production, and distribution of podcast content for the company. This role requires a blend of technical skills in audio production and a creative mindset to develop engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development:

Develop and maintain a content calendar for podcast episodes.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure podcast themes align with broader company campaigns and goals.
Research and develop engaging topics that appeal to the target audience.

Production Management:

Handle the logistics of podcast production including scheduling, recording, editing, and publishing episodes.
Coordinate with hosts, guests, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth episode execution.
Manage recording equipment setup, maintenance, and upgrades.

Quality Control:

Oversee the editing and production of podcast episodes to ensure high audio quality.
Implement brand voice and standards in all podcast content.
Regularly review and optimize podcast content based on listener feedback and analytics.

Distribution and Promotion:

Manage the distribution of podcasts across various platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts.
