The Manager Fulfilment will oversee and manage fulfilment operations across the EMEA region, while driving efficiency, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. The position also includes managing external partners, supporting new markets, and ensuring compliance. The role may involve building and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage fulfillment operations across the EMEA region, including warehousing, inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of fulfillment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fulfillment operations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment operations.
Manage relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and other external partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support new markets in daily operations.
Potentially build and lead a team.
Extensive experience in fulfillment operations and logistics management.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
Familiarity with fulfillment and logistics management software and tools.
Commitment to customer focus and collaboration.
Experience in supporting new markets.
