The Manager Fulfilment will oversee and manage fulfilment operations across the EMEA region, while driving efficiency, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. The position also includes managing external partners, supporting new markets, and ensuring compliance. The role may involve building and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage fulfillment operations across the EMEA region, including warehousing, inventory management, order processing, and logistics.

• Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency. 

• Lead and mentor a team of fulfillment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fulfillment operations. 

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment operations. 

• Manage relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and other external partners. 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Support new markets in daily operations. 

• Potentially build and lead a team. 

• Extensive experience in fulfillment operations and logistics management. 

• Strong leadership and project management skills. 

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities. 

• Familiarity with fulfillment and logistics management software and tools. 

• Commitment to customer focus and collaboration. 

• Experience in supporting new markets.
