About the role

We are looking for a Remote Technical Consultant ready to take on complex ITOM projects and make a real impact. If you have expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and IT Service Management, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge solutions that transform IT infrastructure and operations.

The Adventures Awaiting You - Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimise ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine ITSM workflows and enhance CMDB data quality.
• Design scalable, customised ServiceNow solutions that integrate with enterprise tools.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide expert guidance throughout projects.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, mentor team members, and contribute to industry thought leadership.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Strong understanding of CMDB frameworks and data quality best practices.
• ITSM and ITIL expertise, with experience in optimising workflows.
• Technical skills in scripting (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) and automation.
• Ability to integrate third-party monitoring tools like Splunk, SolarWinds, and Dynatrace.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
