Horizon Tech is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator (with Graphic Design Experience). We're seeking a driven, client-focused professional who combines strong customer service skills with a background in graphic design. In this dynamic role, you'll support sales, manage projects, and help deliver exceptional experiences from concept to completion across a range of markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, obtain client approvals, and manage timelines.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and follow up on pending orders.
  • Track and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and completed jobs.
  • Support marketing through client referrals and outreach.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Background in graphic design or related field.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
