US Executive Assistant (WFH | Night-Shift)

One of our brilliant clients is scaling their leadership team—and they need an Executive Assistant who’s more than just a calendar wrangler. This is a role for someone who loves multitasking, thrives in organized chaos, and can move mountains quietly in the background.


About the Role

You’ll be supporting busy execs across admin, projects, marketing, and even a touch of personal assistance. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps everything (and everyone) together.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, schedules, and communications for the Executive Team.
  • Create presentations, reports, and meeting docs.
  • Coordinate across sales, projects, and field ops.
  • Help track leads and keep the CRM tidy.
  • Occasionally lend a hand on personal tasks.

Requirements
About YOU
  • You’ve got 2+ years of experience as an EA or project coordinator.
  • You’re fluent in English and detail-obsessed.
  • Tools like Trello, Asana, Google Suite, and MS Office? No problem.
  • You know how to prioritize like a pro and stay calm under pressure.
