We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to work with the EverHealth Marketing Team. EverHealth is a business unit consisting of 11 connected and customizable solutions in the EHR, Practice Management, and Patient Communication space. We simplify and empower the lives of healthcare providers, administrators, and the patients they serve, unlocking efficiencies across the entire patient experience.

Growth Marketing Manager, EverHealth

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing integrated multi-channel campaigns with a focus on driving growth for the EverHealth portfolio. You will execute full lifecycle campaigns on top of funnel acquisition and customer expansion as well as drive advocacy in our customer base.  You will report to the Head of Growth Marketing, working closely with cross-functional teams within our solution groups to manage the execution of revenue-generating initiatives.

You have a ‘can do’ pragmatic attitude with a strong personal drive to achieve. You are excited about leading the execution of growth marketing strategies that drive performance. You are comfortable working in a matrixed environment, proactively managing expectations, and executing a variety of deliverables. You are eager to learn, you thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of taking on something new.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Partner teams to execute campaign strategy for EverHealth portfolio
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand & Creative and Performance Marketing organizations to execute growth marketing initiatives in alignment with EverHealth marketing strategy
    • Partner with Product Marketing Team to ensure marketing campaigns align to EverHealth ICP, buying personas and value propositions
    • Partner with Brand & Creative Team to create impactful content and experiences to drive inbound conversions, customer engagement and positive brand sentiment
    • Partner with Performance Marketing Team for continuous channel optimizations across the customer journey
  • Maintain marketing campaign calendar, owning preparation of Growth Marketing campaign briefs, Growth Marketing project kickoff calls and accountability for execution of campaigns on time and within budget
  • Conceptualize, execute and measure lead nurture campaigns designed to drive performance metrics through the funnel
  • Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency - manage performance tracking to ensure revenue goals and KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain awareness of and recommend best practice marketing techniques and tools to senior leadership team and internal stakeholders in support of continuous optimization and modernization of Growth Marketing team go to market strategy

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or related discipline
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B.
  • Healthcare marketing experience preferred but not a must.
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, such as content marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, campaign planning, etc.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, Salesforce, and Project Management tools
  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment with experience adapting to change due to the high growth of the business.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, problem-solve and confidently make decisions.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects and tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines within multiple timelines.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States– if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: 

The target base compensation for this position is $100,000 - $135,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
