As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our marketing engine — with a sharp focus on PLG, experimentation, and conversion.

The Role
We’re looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale the entire marketing function at Threecolts. You’ll be the driving force behind go-to-market strategies, growth campaigns, content, and performance — directly impacting product adoption and revenue across Seller 365 and our broader suite. This is a rare opportunity to lead marketing for a high-growth B2B SaaS business, while still staying close to execution and impact.


Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead marketing for Seller 365 and other Threecolts products, with a focus on product-led growth (PLG) and measurable results
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across SEO, email, paid, and social — from ideation to iteration
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches, features, and growth initiatives
  • Build a growth engine around “marketable moments” — leveraging updates, trends, and customer stories for acquisition and retention
  • Manage and optimize our marketing ops stack (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email automation tools, etc.)
  • Drive organic growth through SEO and blog content strategy, working with writers and freelancers as needed
  • Own all email marketing, from cold outreach and lifecycle flows to reactivation campaigns
  • Oversee landing page strategy and conversion rate optimization
  • Collaborate with product, support, and community teams to amplify user-generated content and community-driven growth
  • Regularly report on performance metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, retention), and drive decisions with data
  • Build and scale marketing systems for a fast-moving SaaS environment


  • Requirements :
  • 10+ years in marketing, with at least 3 in a high-growth B2B SaaS or PLG startup
  • Experience marketing to Amazon sellers, ecommerce businesses, or SMBs strongly preferred
  • Strong track record in experiment-driven marketing and rapid test/learn cycles
  • Hands-on expertise across SEO, paid acquisition, email marketing, and social
  • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for messaging, content, and customer psychology
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, funnel optimization)
  • Confident in leading campaigns from scratch — from strategy to execution
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like GA, HubSpot, Webflow, Meta Ads, VWO, SurferSEO
