About your key responsibilities and impact:
  • Leading the development of bold, contemporary creative concepts across campaigns, brand communications, events, and digital platforms;
  • Driving and evolving the visual identity of GR8 Tech — keeping the brand at the edge of relevance and innovation;
  • Overseeing all visual output, ensuring excellence and consistency across formats (video, web, print, social, presentations, booths, merch, etc);
  • Collaborating with marketing, events, and product teams to align creative ideas with business objectives;
  • Inspiring, managing, and mentoring a team of designers/motion designers and external creatives — setting direction, giving feedback, and fostering growth;
  • Overseeing the execution of current daily tasks while keeping an eye on long-term branding initiatives;
  • Organizing and optimizing the workflow of the design team to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables;
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of visual culture, tech, and industry trends — and bringing that energy into your team’s work.
Essential professional experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in creative / marketing industries (design studios, ad agencies, in-house creative / marketing teams) with a strong focus on visual storytelling;
  • A portfolio that showcases creative leadership and a range of campaign-level design work across different media;
  • Proven ability to deliver both breakthrough conceptual work and polished design systems;
  • Deep understanding of branding, visual strategy, and how design supports business goals;
  • Experience working with or leading creative campaigns for the European market is a plus;
  • Confident in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc;
  • Ability to manage people and projects with clarity, empathy, and accountability;
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail;
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset — you love building processes as much as you love breaking creative ground;
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in web development and/or motion graphics;
  • Knowledge or working experience in the iGaming and/or B2B sectors.
