What we're looking for 

Our client, a US-based company on a mission to democratize high-performing digital strategies, is seeking a Junior Media Buyer to support the planning, execution, and optimization of e-commerce ad campaigns. This role is key to ensuring paid media operations run smoothly, campaigns are monitored effectively, and clients receive thoughtful, strategic support as they scale.

 
Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing paid social campaigns for ecommerce clients, primarily across Meta platforms.
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers on campaign setup, tracking issues, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor ads daily, flagging issues and proposing creative or strategic optimizations.
  • Communicate with clients, troubleshoot problems, and escalate as needed.
  • Learn and follow internal workflows with the goal of managing your own accounts within the first year.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience running paid ads for e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and documenting processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads.
  • Previous experience working remotely and independently.
  • Interest in e-commerce, DTC brands, and digital advertising.
