Job summary

The Legal Services Administrator role is focused on property code, accounts receivable process, working with attorneys and clients. Typical background would be as a para-legal admin, accounts receivable, or from the collections industry. The Legal Services Administrator manages an attorney portfolio, various administrative tasks, and works closely with attorneys on various legal matters.

The day to day will consists of the following, but not limited to:

  • Managing attorney portfolios

  • Responding to and meeting with client and customer inquiries

  • Drafting general business correspondence related to legal matters

  • Review and interpretation of documents

  • Process files and research

  • Posting invoices, checks, and ticket management

  • Educating employees and homeowners

  • Managing metric spreadsheet

What will the Expectations of this Role be?

  • This position requires strong attention to detail and analytical/auditing skills.

  • Must be able to troubleshoot, solve problems, work independently while adhering to strict deadlines, and work at a fast pace for a long period of time while maintaining accuracy.

  • Must also be detail oriented, take pride in producing great work, possess a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

  • Must have accurate alpha numeric data entry skills.

  • Proficient computer skills including Excel and Word

  • Must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our homeowners and vendors over the phone while communicating in a professional and helpful manner.

  • Must have clear and concise written communication.

  • Must have an understanding of account reconciliation.
